Grilling Instructions U.S. Beef products are flash-frozen, locking the steaks natural flavor and juices. Cooking directly from frozen ensures great results. Sear all steaks on high heat for appx. 90 seconds on each side, reduce heat to medium-low, flipping steak halfway through cooking, and continue until desired temperature.

In your broiler U.S. Beef products are flash-frozen, locking the steaks natural flavor and juices. Defrost steaks in their cry-vac sealed pouch in the refrigerator overnight. Sear steaks on the top oven rack, close to heat source for appx. 90 seconds on each side. Move oven rack to the middle, around 6-8 inches from the heat source. Flip steak halfway through cooking and continue until desired temperature. Steaks often cook quickly when broiling.

Cooking Suggestions
for Steak, Seafood, Chicken and Pork

Steak

New York Strip Season with salt and pepper, grill or broil, and finish with your favorite steak sauce.

Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon Season with salt and pepper, oven-sear for appx. 90 seconds on each side in the broiler, reduce heat to 375 degrees flipping halfway through cooking, and continue until desired temperature. Let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting. For recommended preparation, allow extra time for cooking.

Center-Cut Sirloin See grilling or broiling instructions. After cooked, cube steak, and add, with an Asian Marinade, to stir-fried vegetables. Toss everything together and serve over rice or noodles.

Chicago-Style Pepper Sirloin See grilling or broiling instructions. Slice thin, and serve with sauteed peppers and onions.

Chopped Steak Patties Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning and grill or broil. Build your own burger or finish with mushroom gravy.

Rib eye See grilling or broiling instructions. Season with salt and pepper, cook to desired temperature, and serve with your favorite vegetable and potatoes.

Porterhouse See grilling or broiling instructions. Season with salt and pepper, cook to desired temperature (Take note, the Filet Mignon side of the porterhouse cooks more rapidly then the N.Y. Strip side). For your heartiest meal, serve with a loaded baked potato.

Seafood

All seafood should be defrosted in its cry-vac sealed pouch in the refrigerator overnight.

Cooked Shrimp — Tail Off Great for shrimp salad or toss in your favorite pasta dish at the last minute to bring to temperature.

Yellowfin Tuna Skewers Marinate with a vinaigrette salad dressing for 30 minutes, skew with your favorite vegetables and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes for medium. Reduce cooking time if you prefer a rare center. Serve with steamed rice.

Stuffed Flounder Oven Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes and serve next to a bed of rice for an easy gourmet dinner.

Large Cocktail Shrimp Serve with cocktail sauce or pair with the Chicago-Style Pepper Sirloin for a surf and turf.

Jumbo Sea Scallops Season with salt and pepper, Cajun spice, or lemon pepper seasoning. For best results, pan fry in olive oil on both sides on the stove top, for 8 minutes. Great with rice or vegetables.

All chicken should be defrosted in its cry-vac sealed pouch in the refrigerator overnight. For grilling, cook for 6 minutes on each side flipping once on medium to high heat.

Lemon Pepper Marinated Chicken Breast See grilling instructions. Serve with roasted potatoes and simple vegetable or add tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese for a twist on chicken parmesan.

Honey Mustard Marinated Chicken Breast Season with salt and pepper. Serve on a hard roll with lettuce and tomato and a side of fries.

BBQ Marinated Chicken Breast See grilling instructions. Serve with coleslaw or make a BBQ chicken salad.

Boneless Chicken Breast See grilling instructions. After cooked, cube chicken, and add, with an Asian Marinade, to stir-fried vegetables. Toss everything together and serve over rice or noodles.

Chicken Cordon Bleu All the work is done for you. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown on the outside and serve with your favorite vegetable.

Jumbo Chicken Tenders Great for the kids without having to fry. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown on the outside.

Pork

All pork products should be defrosted in their cry-vac sealed pouch in the refrigerator overnight.

Sausage Simmer in tomato sauce for 30 minutes with peppers and onions. Serve with your favorite pasta or on a roll for a fantastic sausage sandwich.

Country Ribs Marinate in BBQ sauce for 30 minutes. Broil in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Brush with extra BBQ sauce frequently while cooking.

Ham Steak Great for breakfast or a hot ham sandwich. Simple and quick to prepare. Grill or pan sear to warm or microwave for appx. 2 minutes. (Ham Steaks are already cooked)

Seasoned Center Pork Chops Grill for 7 minutes per side on medium high heat. Serve with mashed potatoes and apple sauce.

Seasoned Pork Filets Pan sear in a nonstick pan on high heat on one side for appx. 90 seconds. Flip, and reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking for 6 to 8 minutes. Serve over your favorite rice.

Boneless Pork Roast Defrost in its cry-vac sealed pouch for two days in the refrigerator. For best results, slow cook all day in a crock pot adding vegetables, potatoes, and cooking liquids (favorite broth or water).
